ABSTRACT
The article discusses the method of reporting work-related incidents used in ORICA as a part of the procedure of Incident Management. The classification and categorization of events subject to reporting by the employee and the impact of the method used to reporting on the status and awareness of safety in the workplace and improves safety were presented.
