ABSTRACT
The effect of the operation of two textile-core conveyor belts, type B-1600 P-1600/5 8+4 H, which operated in one of the lignite mines, on their strength and operating parameters was determined. During the operation of the belts on the conveyor, the amount and type of spoil transported were recorded, as well as the belt's operating time. The results of tests on the strength parameters of the belts in operation were compared with the results of tests performed on the same belts before their operation.
